[Resolved] Club Factory — couldn't cancel my order

My order no. Is SO75076001 I order it by mistake please do cancel it . I am trying to contact there services but there has been no response I cannot even cancel it on there site after searching and getting the knowledge also. EVEN AFTER A LOT OF ATTEMPTS I couldn't find the cancellation form and the customer service is worst they do not reply to calls made me wait for 15mins or more and did not reply I don't want to shop that item any more please help me

Club Factory Customer Care's response Dear, that order was shipped, we can not cancel a shipped order.
