Club Factory — customer service not responding | |||
I placed an order to club factory and their app shows its easy to return. I have to return a handbag as it is defected, i tried to place a return request through the app but it never gets submitted, their phones are always busy, no one responds on chat too. I have tried every possible way to communicate with them but nothing worked out. I want mu full money back in the original payment mode. How can a brand new product be damaged. I placed the order on 13th Nov.and in the same day I received a call from them to verify the order and near my order it shows cod cancelled..I want that product.please club factory slove this problem

SO62261950 was done on 4th Nov 2018. 16th Nov out 0f 5, 4 items were shipped as per the tracking info, with imile as the courier agent. After that there is no info neither as a reply to email from Club guys nor imile is responding to the phone[protected]office in Dubai. I have not dealt with such an unprofessional corporate in my life.

The product was picked up on 14 November 2018 and I still didn't receive the refund .
It's been nearly 15 days since pickup.
According to return policy, refund should be initiated within 3 days.
