Club Factory — damaged product watch

Fraud shopping app. I ordered a watch they gave me a broken one and also of different colour. They didn't even come to receive the product and refund my money even after giving a refund request. And also the customer care never receives the call. Neither i have received any word from the company regarding my refund process. Kindly return me my money.
