Club Factory — tracking information related to my dress that is dark purple gown | |
I have ordered a dark purple gown on 7 february 2018 and till now i didn't recieve my dress. I have got successful payment message on my mail and one recent message of shipping and a tracking number which is not working and also they have provided a link which is denying access to me saying that i'm not authorized for it... What should i do... How i get information or track where actually my dress is??... Today is eleventh day from the day of purchasing and i have not any exact information of my dress... Actually i have ordered it directly from the site of clubfactory in my laptop... I don't have mobile and that is why i can't install the app of clubfactory because of which there support link is not working for me... It only works on those who have the app of it... Please provide me info of my dress... Exact location... And correct date and time when it is actually coming to deliver at my house... Give this info a day before so that i prepare to recieve the package... Please help me out... I am attaching the snapshot of mails sent to me from club factory and the pic of my dress which i have ordered.
