[Resolved] Club Factory — defective product sent | |||
I placed an order #so99153278 on 28th march 2019 on club factory. Product was delivered on 4th april 2019 but it was defective hence i placed a complaint regarding this on the very same day. Now 13 days have passed and even return window is closed but they have failed to provide a solution for the same and now they are saying sorry this product can not be returned and i will hve to use a defective torn product. First they sent a defective product and now not able to provide any solution. Extremely pathetic service. Anyone reading this never buy anything from club factory. Thier customer care executives are useless and liars who would proudly say that defective products are not their fault and you have to use defective products. Was this information helpful? | |||
