I ordered a tws i7s earpods on 20th august and got them on 3rd august after getting it i released that the product is defective and i made the video and send it to club factory feedback email and the reply i got is that they will compensate me only 450 rs and i bought the product for 1115 with 100 cod charges and they are saying me that we will give you $7 so that you can get it fix your product to a shop. I also placed the return ship but no one is coming to pick it up.
I have made the video also you can see that 1 earbud is working and other one is not even starting and i also tried to charge it but it is not charging at all.
