[Resolved] Club Factory — delay in delivering my order | |
So[protected] I’m writing this complaint again on this portal... Even after you writing it to club factory there is no seriousness about my complaint... My order was placed on 26th august and it was suppose to get delivered by 13th september... But i didn’t recieved it... I understand a delay of 4-5 days... But now it’s been a month that my order is not been delivered... I’m still waiting for my order... But there is no proper response from the club factory customer care... When i email them they tell me to wait for 3 days everytime.. If i call they tell me to wait for 24 hrs or 48 hrs... I’m just waiting for a proper response related to the complaint against my order delivery... My order is already cleared at the customs but still my order is not picked up for so long... The seniors their should understand and keep such concerns on the priority basis as its been a month and get it resolved... If i ask that i need to talk to the senior related to it then my call is not transferred... And is being told that they will call back but i never received a call back... I want my order to be delivered by 1st - 3rd october... As anyways it’s a high time now... As this products were ordered as i’m travelling... If it’s not going to happen then refund my paid amount of this order back to my payment account... Kindly look into it... Get my order delivered asap... Was this information helpful? | |
