[Resolved]  Club Factory — delay in delivery time

I have ordered 2 items in Club Factory on April 30th. And its May 8th now. I have no tracking of my order. There is no proper customer care number provided too. I have paid for my orders.
Kindly refer to that and tell Club Factory to at least provide some tracking information on my orders.
Please make it soon. I don't want furthermore delay in delivery of the items.

I have got tracking details from you but when i go to track it online it's
showing invalid details.
I even called gati they are saying its invalid tracking number & Still not received my order.
