Club Factory — delivered a different dress | |
I ordered one dress in club factory. My order number is so54912575. But they delivered me a different dress. Now i am not able to return the product. I am not seeing any option to return the product in club factory app. I want to get my money refunded. Or at least i need to get the same dress what i ordered. Also when i checked the details in the app, they have given like they will take shipping charge for the dress. It's them who have delivered wrong dress to me, and it's their mistake and then also they are taking shipping charge for the product. Was this information helpful? | |
