Hello guys it seems i've turned to return the parcel on the wrong warehouse but on the package it was written so i've delivered on that address the address was prime express pvt. Ltd

I've given my contact number too n so i've been trying to contact them yet they are not receiving any calls my parcel was packed with a white sheet n it's a hoodie inside...

Sorry for the trouble. But we are unable to help you get back your parcel, since the delivery is not made by us. You need to contact with your courier and find out who has received your parcel. Then you can contact with that person to check whether he or she can courier it back to you or not. After getting back your parcel, please courier it to the correct return address. Then we'll make refund for you after receiving the return parcel.
