My order number is SO[protected]. I ordered it on 21st October from the club factory app. The app says it's been shipped and would be delivered by 29th October. But I didn't get my delivery yet. The tracking site isn't working in my mobile phone. It says device id cannot empty whenever I try to login. Kindly check the details and let me know about the delivery. Oct 30, 2019 Updated by Addylicious I have even called on the carrier's number given but they say that the details I'm giving about my order are wrong. I even gave them my registered number but they say the number doesn't match in their details...please help Verified Support Nov 04, 2019 Club Factory Customer Care's response We are sincierly sorry for the delay caused by courier company, they did not pick up the order as scheduled. Considering your experience, we could cancel your order and apply refund for you, is that ok? Nov 04, 2019 Updated by Addylicious When can it still be delivered.!?
