[Resolved] Club Factory — delivery issues

As far as product quality is concerned i am happy, but something is forcing me to stop shopping on club factory and that is the delay in product delivery specially for those products for which i have already made online payments.. My order number is so72613848 i am awaiting for my product from last 2 weeks but there is no information regarding my product.. And in these two weeks i have again order something but this time it was cod and i got my product delivered within 7 days.. I really don’t understand this.

Club Factory Customer Care's response Dear, sorry for this, the order you mentioned was delayed because of warehouse issues, but now it was handed to local courier and will be dispatched very soon.
