I ordered a handbag (order no-SO[protected] on dec 10th 2018 which was delivered to me within 7 days but it was not upto the mark as the quality was not good and i was wanting to return it.But the delivery status was not been updated on the app and I am not able to place the return request.I tried to contact the customer service ([protected]) but it was unanswered...Help me out as I am frustrated and want to return it on priority.
