Buy using this consumer complaint he cheated me.

Am very poor girl am, some one called me he told me he is from +918002121702 club factory he going to refund my money, he asked my Debit card number and top. He debited my 1500rs amount .. he is fraud . please help me ... I am month end problem i don't even have single rupee i want to buy emergency medicine for my grandma.

please arrest him 8002121702 please ...
