Club Factory — did not deliver ordered item

Dear sir/mam,
A smart watch has been ordered on october 10th and it is supposed to be delivered between oct 11th to oct 15th. Our money has not been returned and the item is not delivered. We want the item as fast as we can. The item costs more than 1300rs and it is a great loss to us. So please either return the money which can be transferred to my bank account or deliver the item in 3 days. Thr track number is [protected].

The watch has been ordered october 7th and the message from the company says that it has been picked up by ecom(courier service) but ecom hasnt delivered it to us. It should be delivered on october 15th
