Our order is pending for delivery from 7th September. When ever we call customer care first they dont pick the call luckly once they picked the call and when i explained my issue they told to talk to courier company. I requested them to talk to courier company as this is their job but they dis agreed. When i called courier company delhivery.com they never picked the call then finally i dropped them an email. They replied mentioning that they didn't get any parcel physically so they cannot help.
Same mail i forwarded to club factory but they replied as usual that they will check and escalate the matter. Same thing i am hearing from past 20 days. Still there is no update and they dont pick the call.
There is no option to cancel the order also.
