Club Factory — didn't get refund but app showing refund successful | |||
My name is Vanshaj Kumar. I ordered a sports casual shoe from club factory, but it didn't meet my expectation. So i put refund request on the same day i got shoe. While filling the refund form i accidently wrote my credit card number instead of my bank account number. After 5 days it shows that my money has been refunded but how can money be refunded on a debit card number. I call to customer service so many times and they just say wait we are processing, you will get your money soon and its been more than 45 days but still i didn't get any. I want my money back as soon as possible or else i am ready to put a complaint on consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |||
