[Resolved] Club Factory — didn't get the order after payment | |
I ordered a "fashionable athletic shoe recreational travel shoes" from club factory on 13 october 2019 and have also successfully done the online payment worth rs 1018.86 for the same and even have the transaction details with me, still i didn't received my order nor do i have any details regarding it in my club factory account. I have contacted the customer care many times.. They tell me to send the screenshot in live chat app... After that they are saying to wait for my number... Nothing is in progress.
