Club Factory — didn't receive my order and I already paid for it

I ordered some stuff on August 25 and there isn't any update after 2 sep and till date(27 sep) I didn't receive my order.
I can't cancel it as it shows it was shipped already so I can't have my money back.
I reccomend not to trust this site especially do not pay for the orders in advance just always try to order cash on delivery.
They'll surely send your stuff if its cod but if you have already paid then they don't give a ###.
The live chat people always give the same answers and ask us to be patient but whatever they say your order never comes cause you have already paid.
