Club Factory — duplicate product by club factory | |||
Hello, I have purchased mi basis headphone with mic from club factory. But when i have received the product it was used and duplicate product in box. I have requested for refund, but they have charged rs. 90 for pickup charges. As discussed with them they have inform they will refund the amount. But they didnot refund and telling you reqested refund as quality not expected. Was this information helpful? | |||

This item have been returned but no one comes yet to collect this Item even though I have been speaking with customer care multiple times and register complain as well but they didn't treat as a priority. I have ridiculous experience with the returning process.complaint no. is Ed[protected]D.please do the. Needful.
