Club Factory — duplicate product provided as compare to original brand | |||
I had placed an order for muhuisen father sandals on 25th june 2020. The product delivered to me on 29th june 2020. Upon checking the product it was observed by me that the product send to me is not muhuisen brand product. The product sent to me is local “fashion” brand produced product. Immediately i had applied for return/replacement of the product but the customer care officials didn’t paid attention on my request and were asking me more and more details. More and more details were provided to them by myself and lastly they said to apply for refund. When i had tried to submit the button their system started showing as due to covid 19, the system is under suspension for replacement/return. I want replacement of original muhuisen father sandals. If not strictest action should be taken against the seller as well as club factory officials. Was this information helpful? | |||
