I hace placed order on 22 september. The order is not shipped yet.. As per ur policies the order can be cancelled before it got shipped.. And now i want to cancel that order because i don't want that product now.. But surely i will buy other products in future.. Pls cancel my order no. So49465261.. I cannot used my cf balance. I've try many times to used my cf balance for order. But i cannot used. And i cannot withdraw my cf balance to my bank ac. I made a complaint many times at support centr. But till today my problem is not resolved. Please help me

We was order in club factory though apps. Refund amount not received after return the shipment.many time contact to customer care but we didn't get respond. My order ID -SO45020307 through purchase t shirt and return id : SON[protected] though return to pickup person on date 17.09.18.
