Club Factory — excess delayed in delivering my product

I have already paid for my product and the mentioned delivery date is already crossed. I have emailed them around 3 times for the first two times they have replied me with the same mail telling me to have patience my product is with customs and taking some time in custom clearance. For the last time when I emailed them again they didn't even respond! The last mentioned date for my product delivery was 4th July 2019. And after that in the Tracking info they started showing me that if my order is not delivered within 6th July 2019 then I will get ₹65 compensation on the next purchase but that is also, only applicable on purchase above ₹600. There is no sign of response and my product delivery. I want to know! Is it a fraud or what ?
