Club Factory — fast delivery request before 2nd october 2019

Hi,
I have given orders for monogrammed loose women's t-shirt, and i was expecting a fast delivery, because, when earlier i had order a product, the delivery was made within 3 days, leaving a good impression on me about the delivery system. This time, i was expecting so and given the order on 23 september 2019, but i still didn't get it. If the delivery is not done by 30 september 2019, i'm afraid that i wouldn't be available to take the delivery. I intend to gift the products to a very close person to my heart, if it doesn't happen in time, it will be very disappointing. I hope you understand my grievances and look forward to it.
