[Resolved] Club Factory — for return money when order automatic cancel

I had ordered a bag, the money was disconnected from my account and the order was also canceled but i was not refunded the payment.
Order no. Is so 18682365
And when i called on customer care, i did not find any correct solution and asked me my atm card number and dot number to get it done.
So help me and i should be told the correct solution, if it continues to do so, angle shopping will be done from this website.

Your order is in custom clearance now. After that, the local courier will pick up and deliver it to you in 5-12 days.
