On 18 nov i booked a product with order - so7496862, which was order with on 18th november 2017 and made payment as well. Estimated delivery date was 6th december. But now when i was tracking my order status showing as 'shipper is closed' - on 25-nov and on 27-nov is 'package not picked/received from client'.. When i called to your care no [[protected]] he said, "your package not received yet please cancel it and replace the order." after then he asked my debit card no, after some time a otp massage sent on my mobile by my bank and the details of the massage is this otp. This was my good luck that i didn't give him the otp. Now i am requesting to you please take a strict action against him.

I placed an order of Rs. 2542 from Club Factory. The payment has been deducted from my card but it is showing that the payment for the same is failed. How can I get my money back? Please look into this matter and help me out!
