[Resolved] Club Factory — fraud - product not delivered as it is still in india customs since last 18 days according to status on app | |||
I placed an order on club factory mobile app on 25th of march and it was confirmed as on march 25, 2018, 12:43 pm. The order was prepaid and i paid 1961.15 inr through credit card. Transaction was successful. Order was dispatched on 29th march, 2018, 12:49 pm and informed that it would be delivered in 2-5 business days. The within next 3 days, the order was in indian custom - since then it is showing the same status. The customer service people are not responding and telling to wait. The product is already consumed 22 working days but there is no reply from customer care. Was this information helpful? | |||
