Club Factory — fraud with me

I ordered a dress from the club factory and due to poor quality, I returned the dress, now they are saying that you did not return the same DAS which we sent but I sent the same dress back. Please solve my problem by doing this. And solve the fraud that has happened to me. The details of the order are given below.
