On 15 augusts, i order bags for price ₹464 with shipping charge ₹656 order no so2887385. I made this purchase at club factory. Unfortunately, your product not good and the size of bags is not the same as i saw in your app advertisement and product quality is so bad. I want you to refund my money. This is like a fraud you are doing to your cosumers. I also read your return policy. You want your consumers to bear the shipping prices. Why would i pay the shipping charges when it is entirely your fault.
Therefore, you kindly return my money.

Today i m ordering a mens jacket from a club factory of rs .1179 on my mobile but order not done and the amount was debited from my account . this is the my first time order in the club factory and the experience was very bad ... please refund my amount on my account..
