Club Factory — half order received

I have order five products on january 29, 2018 and got the estimated delivery date of february 16, 2018. I have received three products on the date of delivery and two of my products are missing i. E. One pair of shoes and one pair of jeans.
Kindly help me out as they are not giving any information, they have given me the awb number of the order but that awb number packet i have already received, which clearly states that it contains only three items.
