[Resolved]  Club Factory — have not received the product nor am I getting the refund

So[protected] is my order no had ordered for 10 products and have received only 1 have kept following up with the customer care and after almost a month they are tell all products was delivered and asking for a video of the same
I have received only 1 out of 10 products can someone please please looking into this
This is the 2 nd time this has happened please please refund my money for the rest of the 9 products
