Unlike all the online shopping sites, club factory return procedure not simple and not easy to understand. How to return the product ??? . Usually all the online shopping sites will send one agent to collect the return product. If club factory also follow the same procedure then it will be customer friendly(more chance to purchase the products). If not there is no point to purchase from the club factory. Club Factory customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jul 30, 2018 Updated by krupavaram As ordered item unavailable, club factory mentioned message in the app like "sorry, 1 item is unavailable . please check the refund information in view refund history". That amount i found in "your balance " in the app. I withdraw that amount but i didn't receive to my bank account. Please take this as complaint. and orderNumber : SO31333452. amount: USD12.51.
