I received my order yesterday the order no is [protected].. I m ordered fabrange frill trim tie neck petel sleeve top. But the received top is damaged it show rafu on clothe... I m trying call to customer care but not getting any reply... And on my online portfolio of club factory not showing return options... I placed order and received, however I want to return and now I am unable to find the order with my login, order number: SO[protected]. Order have 4 items and wanted to return 3 items, please help me out how to return. I tried calling customer care and it states invalid number.
