[Resolved] Club Factory — I am complaining about my product which I have ordered from club factory | |||
I have ordered two long sleeves frock from club factory and i received the order on 14 of august but unfortunately the size is not appropriate. After that i apply for return the vendor came and take the both products from me the vendor name is anoop hiremath working in e-commerce express private limited. Then after returning that order to him i don’t receive any type of msg or call. Today i receive a call from company they are saying your order number is not correct. Well i m too much frustrated from the service. And the amount for both products i have paid is ₹1724. One more thing is the number of pieces are 2 not 1. Was this information helpful? | |||
Oct 5, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Verified Support Aug 21, 2019 Club Factory Customer Care's response Dear, if the dresses are not in one order, you have to make two return application. You can not return two different orders in one parcel.
