Club Factory — I am complaining about not delivering my product

Hi my name is sarita parmar i have bought a pair of sandles from clubfactory on 14 july 2019. I have done online payment but till now i have not reveived anything. There customer support never respond i also send mail to their [protected]@culbdactory.com but do not get any response. Kindly look into matter if they cannt deliver then refund my payment.

Updated by sarita.parmar Most terrible experience with clubfactory instead of returning my amount they have deducted whole amount from my bank account...Worst experience...
