Please help me. I returned back one item and one cancelled. What i got is the refunded balance in my club factory balance. I withdraw it to my bank account but i didn't receive any money. Refund id is sor[protected]. Order number is so26608059. Please help as soon as possible. Please. My refunded amount was 2.89 usd.
