Club Factory — I am complaining about the issue of no track provided for the order placed

I can see no tracking record for the order placed. Everytime i open to see, it shows ‘no order placed in your cart’. My order no is so40505520. Now i am quite worried because the payment has already been done but the record says no order placed till date! Please see forward to resolve my issue.: this was my first time buy! Trusting so much on club factory! Which now annoys me alot..:.. Kindly! Give value to customers hard earned money or else the success will never be in your cart people!!!

Kindly, please provide me track for my track!!!
