I ordered the mentioned product on clubfactory as a "guest user" on 8th August 2018. The product has delivered on 18th August 2018. I wanted to return/ replace the product. I contacted your customer support with email and a call but there is no use. I have some complaints about the product. I wanted to return / replace.
