Club Factory — I can't cancel my order

I ordered an item in club factory but it cannot be canceled
Please do some necessary actions about that
Order id is SO[protected] i dont know what type of an app is this..
If somebody order unfortunately what should they do . I ordered the product but the product was not fare to me. So i want to cancel but there is no cancel option. So please do necessary actions for it.
