Club Factory — I did not received my order yet

I Have ordered few things in club factory . i supposed to get them on oct 2nd . i did not received my order yet, and there is no movement in tracking . it is still showing to be patient .My order Number is SO47210257. i have to gift them to my friend on her birthday and have been waiting for it .How long should i wait to receive it. otherwise please refund my amount.
