Club Factory — I didn't get my item till now

This is shruti koppad, one week back i ordered a pullover till now i din't get any mails regarding my order confirmation, and they provided tracking link is not correct, you people are playing with customers, so many times i sent a mail but i din't get reply from you, so refund my amount or else provide accurate link of my ordered item tracking link. Seriously i getting irritate why i ordered item in your site, i never shop again in this site, i waiting for your reply and my item or else refund my amount
