[Resolved]  Club Factory — I didnt receive my order, but it says delivered

I have ordered 2 earrings on 16th july. The expected delivery day was 30th july. But now it’s 6th august. I still didn’t received my order but in the tracking status and staff says it’s delivered. I have confirmed with my friends, family and colleagues whether they have received it or not.

But neither me nor my friends family have received it..
Still they (Club factory staff) are saying it’s delivered. I don’t know to whom they have delivered my order but i didn’t received it.

I want my order back or they should refund me.
