I have ordered ear phone on 26 july 2019 with order no so[protected] in club factory app. App is showing deleivery on 3 august 2019. But i did not receive it yet. I talked to customer care but thry are not giving satisfactory response. Now they are not enquired for this nor refunding my money back. They have sent me proof of recieving receipt but what signature is present there not matched with my sihnature i dont know to whom they have deleivered it. They had not even contacted me when the delievery had to done on 3 august. Kindly provide solution
