[Resolved] Club Factory — I have not received my product | |
I didn't get my order no. SO19719277. I got the message that It got shipped by ecom to india, and till yesterday status was showing as"delivered by 18 May", today is 21 May and now, My club factory app got logged out automatically and after log in I am not able to see the same order anymore. Verified Support May 23, 2018 Club Factory Customer Care's response Dear, Sorry for the trouble. The order is failed to be delivered to you. We have made a refund apply for you. Then our financial dept. will check and confirm it. Normally it will be made in 3 days, and after that, it will take another 5-10 working days for the bank to process it.
