Club Factory — I have not received my refund as it's been a month

Hello team,

I have canceled my order through application and refund was initiated but yet i have not received and it been a month.

Please do the needful, i have also contacted with bank and paytm.

I have also contacted club factory support, but from there also i have received the response like my money will be in my bank account soon, and now its been a month.

Once i have been with fraud to get the refund, the club factory is having the worst service i have ever seen.
