Club Factory — I have not received the product but their customer care support they informing that it's delivered

Hi, i have placed order in club factory on 3.11.2018 for 2 items (For rs.476.58) and it's supposed to deliver on 14th november.
Still date i have not received the product but their customer care support they informing that it's delivered on 14th november. I have complained that it's not delivered on 17.11.2018 still today it's not resolved and there is no reply also.
Kindly help me resolve this issue.
