[Resolved]  Club Factory — I havent received my order yet

As i have placed my order on club factory on 17/june/2019 and the estimated date of delivery was 2/july/2019 but my order was delayed due to some reason and now their is no information related to my order nd for tracking it i have already paid for it by patym the amount of payment is

It would be great if you help me in any way.
The carriers no. Is wrong and no one is answering my mails as well as my calls m continuesly dialing costumer care no.
And M not even able to cancel the order or get refund, their is no option m just stuck in this situation my money is gone m feeling soo terrified right now I want my money or that order back as soon as possible.
