[Resolved] Club Factory — I havent received my order yet | |
As i have placed my order on club factory on 17/june/2019 and the estimated date of delivery was 2/july/2019 but my order was delayed due to some reason and now their is no information related to my order nd for tracking it i have already paid for it by patym the amount of payment is rs.-3688 My order no. is -SO[protected] It would be great if you help me in any way. The carriers no. Is wrong and no one is answering my mails as well as my calls m continuesly dialing costumer care no. And M not even able to cancel the order or get refund, their is no option m just stuck in this situation my money is gone m feeling soo terrified right now I want my money or that order back as soon as possible. We are continuously working with the custom department and trying hard to get the orders cleared at the earliest.
