Club Factory — i haven't received my product even after the delivery date

I had ordered some shoes and a hoodie on this app (Club factory). I paid the money online and got my confirmation of paying the money. Today was the estimated delivery date. The order was place on 28/09/2017. They even cancelled a product which i had ordered but i didnt recieve my refund yet. I concerned them regarding this. They did not even reply yet. I have already paid the order cost. I havent recieved my order till now. Order no. So4816558. Paid
