Club Factory — I lost my 10000

I have order a hudi from clubfactory & i hav pay sum off rs.1000 n the order was cancle from clubfactory & the money i hav payed that was not refund.
I got the call from clubfactory customer care n he told me to give your contact num n after sum time i got the msg that sum of (Rs 10000) ws deducted from your account & the payment was done for clubfactory & i hav not done any shopping from clubfactory so how can u deduct amt from my account.
I have registered a complaint in police station about that employee who call me from clubfactory i want my money 10000 back in any how & such a fraud employees remove them n shut down the company
