[Resolved] Club Factory — I never received the order that I placed

I placed an order on 17 th june order no is SO[protected] for which I have already paid the amount and received it . And when I asked the customer care they are not even helping me.They told me that the order will get delivered by 5 july and now it's already too late neither they're responding.I already asked them several times they just told me to wait .As i have already paid for the order I'm concerned

We are sincerely sorry to inform you that the custom inspection took a little long, hence there will be a delay in delivering your order. We are continuously working with the customs department and trying hard to get the orders cleared at the earliest. As for the latest information from the related department, your order status will be updated in about 3 working days.
